After years of jumping between Completely Friends Locked and Completely Open to Everyone, I've decided to come to a happy medium.

- All art and general fandom posts will remain unlocked.
- All fandom conveying explicit, "LJ thinks you have to be at least 14 years-old to see it" themes will be unlocked for a few days before becoming friends locked.
- Random picspams, lame fic, and other things will mostly likely be posted under a friends lock.

Though friending this journal is totally welcome, it's totally unnecessary in order to see most of the art/fandom I will post. If you want me to friend you, just ask, but if you just want to friend me, you don't have to ask if it's okay. It is okay.

I don't mind RL posts at all, but excessive posts about your break-up, the guy/girl you really like, or why you hate your job could result in unfriending. I'd put those things under a cut.

- The Good Part by ali_wildgoose (R for language) When Chekov came up to Kirk that night, he seemed like a guy who'd been stalling, but Kirk can't imagine why — he tells stories all the time, to anyone who'll listen, and this one isn't even dirty. - I wanna hold your haaaand by Saint Anon You? The Entropy which is the Kink Meme (???) Dear diary, Mr. Sulu has been acting wery strange lately. He keeps sitting closer and closer to me on the bridge. Yesterday he spent nearly 20 min with his hand just resting on my side of the console, "helping" me make adjustments or just tapping my hands with his fingers. It is wery distracting. People. This fic is apparently still growing.
